This was a night when the Beaver Scouts joined the circus. Learning lots of new skills including juggling and plate spinning, the Beavers also laughed their socks off as they watch a real circus clown do it for real. Click the photo to see more about the event.
At the end of 2007 the 1st Stubbington Beavers ran a competition to design a new “Beaver Scout Activity Badge”. The Beavers where asked to think up a new Beaver Scout “Activity Badge”.

The Beavers attended the Stubbington Village Remembrance Parade as part of the 90th anniversary of armistice day.

1st Stubbington Beavers supported Sport Relief 2008 and undertook a sponsored
1 mile run. The Beavers have raised £235.16 in Sponsorship money. The HMS COLLINGWOOD PTIs took he warm up and games. Checkout the new Sport Relief page for the great photos.
Thanks to everyone who nominated 1st Stubbington Beavers web site for a HANTSWEB Award. Just being nominated is a great honour as there are many great organisations and web sites put forward for last years’ award.
The Family Camp 2008 was a blast. Beaver families came with their budding Astronaut Beavers. The weekend was full of fun activities and out of this world games.
1st Stubbington Beavers joined Beavers from the whole district at Paulton’s Park. Visiting Father Christmas and his grotto and received gifts! Great fun was had by all, especially Fox, Otter and Snapper!

The Beavers had a night on the beach undertaking some Nautical Archaeology with the Nautical Archaeology Society (NAS). Though a little wind swept the Beavers had a great evening hunting and recording treasure.
